This is for the client who may feel as if they don’t need the one-on-one assistance of our fitness professionals on a weekly basis, but they need a program specially aimed at their personal fitness goals of weight loss, or need to break from a program that they are currently on that is no longer producing results.
If you are self-motivated and feel as if you are not reaching your personal fitness goals alone, Home Bodiez will design a fitness program designed around your particular fitness goals. The difference between this and our Monthly Programs is that you set the schedule and you are responsible for the motivation.
